Hanna's Holiday Market--November 21, 2009- OHS Sports Arena

C.E. Hanna Elementary School is hosting the 4th Annual "Hanna's Holiday Market" on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Oxford High School Sports Arena.  This partnership between the school and community will provide local businesses and vendors the opportunity to showcase their merchandise for the public to shop for the holidays; all while helping C.E. Hanna generate much needed funds to help our children! 

It's easy!  To be a participating business/vendor in "Hanna's Holiday Market 2009," all you have to do is:

•1.      Complete the registration form below and remit payment to reserve a "booth" space in the Hanna Holiday Market at the Oxford Sports Arena.

•2.      Be responsible for setting up and taking down your display/merchandise.

•3.      Donate 10% of the proceeds to C.E. Hanna School at the end of the event.

We will be advertising on the radio, TV and newspaper, etc..  We will also have live entertainment throughout the day.    What a wonderful way to boost your business with free advertisement while helping the children of C.E. Hanna!  Join us for an event to remember!

One Table will be provided for the 10'x10' booth.  A table for the 5'x5' will NOT be provided.

Set up time will begin at 5 pm on Friday and 6:30 am on Saturday.  Doors open to the public at 8:00 a.m. *Please contact CEH School Office at 256-241-3896 if you have any questions.

The deadline for pre-registration is Thursday, November 5, 2009. Registration after the deadline is $25 for a 5'x5' booth and $35 for a 10'x10' booth.
